Vision

We imagine a community where all its citizens have access to opportunities which allows them to live financially independent lives, ending post-conviction poverty, and closing the school-to-prison pipeline here in North Texas.

Support Our Vision

Did you know, over 70 Million Americans have an old criminal record?  As a result, they are faced with 40,000+ collateral consequences, leading to a life of post-conviction poverty.

Right now, mass incarceration in Texas is devastating families and communities, over-impacting women and people of color, not to mention the billion dollar expense to the state.  At Gateway Alliance Project, we imagine a community where all its citizens have access to opportunities which allows them to live financially independent lives, ending post-conviction poverty in North Texas.

At the "GAP," we hope to increase rehabilitation, improve recidivism, and support healthy & safe communities by providing re-entry programs & wrap-around services to formerly incarcerated persons.  We’re fighting for alternative solutions outside the criminal punishment system that support individual and community wellbeing,

We need your help to make this a reality.  Every gift is tax-deductable to the extent permitted by law, and will help make a difference in the lives of formerly incarcerated women and at-risk youth. If you believe that every Texan should have opportunities to thrive, act today and change a life forever. Invest in Gateway Alliance Project today!
